All orders are dispatched and delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location.
A flat shipping fee of €10 applies to every order, regardless of order value or quantity.
All products are shipped in their original, full retail box. KixStreet does not sell or ship items without their original manufacturer packaging. Any exceptions will be clearly noted in the product listing prior to purchase.
You may initiate a return within 14 business days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. KixStreet is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.
